SHELeadsIndia was founded with a simple belief: when women have access to the right skills, tools, and guidance, they don’t just build businesses — they strengthen the economy.
This belief didn’t come from textbooks, but from watching determination turn into real businesses. Our founder has seen firsthand that formal degrees don’t define success. Passionate women, even from small towns and home kitchens, have built large, impactful businesses with the right strategy and support.

A digital marketing expert who saw the gap in how women entrepreneurs in India access growth — not in their ambition, but in the tools and guidance available to them. Nikita built SHELeadsIndia to close that gap with hands-on training, mentorship, and a community where strategy meets sisterhood.

Dipti Divekar is a Gujju woman born in London, often recognised for her global accent — an experience that shaped her strong understanding of voice, confidence, and credibility.
With over 25 years of experience across India, the UK, the US, and Europe, she is an entrepreneur, growth strategist, and educator who has helped thousands communicate with clarity and confidence, without asking them to change who they are. Soft-spoken and elegant, Dipti believes confidence isn’t about being loud — it’s about being clear.
